Removing a patient from a care home
To remove a patient from a care home:

From the select MDS

From the Care home drop down menu, select the required care home.

Select the patient you want to remove and select Remove patient from home

The Remove Patient screen displays. Select Yes
to confirm:

The patient is removed from the care home.
Note - If the removed patient had a patient record in Pharmacy Manager before being moved to the care home, their address will revert back to what it was originally. If the patient was added to Pharmacy Manager as a care home resident, removal from the care home will leave the patient with no address.
